Welcome to Frictionless, operated by Zhyporium, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our CRM and invoicing platform, including our website and services (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

Frictionless is a modern CRM and invoicing platform designed to help you manage client relationships and process payments. Our Services include:

Client Management: Creating and managing client databases with contact and billing information
Invoicing: Generating professional invoices with customizable line items, taxes, and discounts
Payment Processing: Accepting payments via PayPal, Stripe, Wise, and manual methods
Organization Management: Team collaboration with role-based access control
Multi-organization Support: Managing multiple brands and organizations

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and organization data.
You may create multiple organizations for managing different brands or businesses.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our Services.
Reverse-engineer or copy any part of our software.
Use the Services to process payments for illegal goods or services.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of our Services.
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend access if we determine a violation of these rules.

5. Data and Privacy

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you input into our Services.

6. Fees and Payments

All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only issued per our Refund Policy.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the first 30 days.
Processing fees from payment providers are non-refundable.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
