📋 Business Information

Organization Details

Configure your basic business information:

  • Organization Name - Your business name as it appears on invoices
  • Organization Slug - Unique identifier for your organization (auto-generated)
  • Currency - Primary currency for invoicing and payments

Billing Information

Set up legal and tax information:

  • Billing Name - Legal business name for tax purposes
  • Billing Email - Email address for billing communications
  • Billing Address - Complete address for legal and tax purposes
  • Billing Phone - Contact phone number for business inquiries
  • Tax ID - Your business tax identification number

👥 Team Management

Team Member Roles

Frictionless supports three role levels:

Owner

  • Full access to all organization settings and data
  • Can manage team members and roles
  • Can delete the organization
  • Billing access and payment method management

Admin

  • Full access to clients and invoices.
  • Can manage most organization settings
  • Cannot delete the organization or manage billing
  • Can invite new team members

Member

  • View access to clients and invoices
  • Can create and edit invoices
  • Limited access to organization settings
  • Cannot manage team members

Adding Team Members

Invite new team members to your organization:

  1. Navigate to Team Management
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter email address of the person to invite
  4. Select role (Admin or Member)
  5. Send invitation via email
